The Studio
We have regular availability for studio hire the following times:
Monday: 6am – 11am | 4.15 – 5.45pm
Tuesday: 6am – 9.15am | 11.15 – 5.30pm
Wednesday: 6am – 12.45pm | 2.15 – 5.30pm | 7 - 11pm
Thursday: - 6am – 9.45am
Friday: 6am – 9.45am | 5.30pm – 11pm
Saturday: 5:30pm – 11pm
We have availability for one-off workshops & events on Thursdays, Friday, Saturdays and Sundays.

Treatment Rooms
We offer treatment room bookings by the hour, half-day, or full-day.
If you’re looking for a regular slot we also offer our a contracted rate.

Manual & Talking Therapy Rooms (Rooms 1 & 3)
£12 per hour
£40 for a 4 hour block booking
£75 for an 8 hour block booking
Talking Therapy Rooms (Rooms 2)
£10 per hour
£35 for a 4 hour block booking
£65 for an 8 hour block booking
