  • TRE® Workshops

    TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a series of 7 simple yet innovative exercises designed to activate a natural therapeutic tremor and assist the body in releasing deeply held muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma.

    Unlike many therapies that focus on the mental or emotional aspects of stress and trauma, TRE® recognises that the impacts are also stored in our physiology and need to be released through the body.

    When this natural tremoring or ‘shaking’ mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled way it helps calm and regulate the nervous system, and restore balance to body, mind, and soul.

    Most people report immediate benefits from just one session of TRE®. Usually, this is a sense of calm and relaxation and improved quality of sleep. With regular practice TRE® offers numerous other physical, mental, and emotional benefits.

  • GONG BATH SESSION

    The Gongs are very ancient, very Sacred Instruments that work on many levels- affecting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

    They work by emitting harmonious frequencies when played that then entrain with the frequencies of our bodies and mind, taking you on an inner journey with Sound, healing and rebalancing the mind, body and nervous system. The Gong Bath is named such as you lay down to rest and are bathed in the Sound of the Gongs which will carry you throughout the journey.

    Each organ, each element on Earth and piece of matter has its own unique vibrational frequency. Illness can manifest due to the vibrational frequencies of our organs or mind becoming out of alignment due to chronic stress, toxins, pollution, a hectic lifestyle or traumatic events. The gongs help to restore us to a vibrational match, lifting us up, releasing, cleansing and restoring. They can be both powerful and yet subtle and most people after a gong bath report feeling very relaxed and reset, as if they have woken up from a very deep sleep feeling refreshed.

  • BABY MASSAGE & YOGA CLASS

    This unique baby class offers a gentle blend of baby massage, mum and baby yoga and relaxation over a 6-week term, the perfect way to take time out for you and your baby together.

    Each class takes you through a gentle mum and baby yoga routine helping to ease out any tension, promoting relaxation and a lovely way to bond with your baby. Each week you will learn new massage strokes leading up to a full body massage for your baby which can help with common ailment such as colic, teething and digestive discomfort.

  • SLOW FLOW YOGA & NIDRA

    A mix of a gentle hatha flow, with the movement adjusted to everyone, aimed at awakening, and stretching the body with awareness. Combined with a juicy, deep relaxation in Nidra will lead you into a deeply nourishing, effortless state of being. It is the process of entering a dream/sleep-like state, whilst being awake, which has an immense healing and calming potential. Honouring your body and your need to rest is what you can expect in these sessions.

    Breathe, Move and connect your Mind and body with this relaxing yet empowering antenatal class which offers a unique blend of Active Birth Antenatal Education, Pregnancy yoga, Hypnobirthing, Breathing techniques, Relaxation and the chance to connect with other pregnant people as well as preparing for your calm and positive birth.

    Whether this is your first or subsequent pregnancy, this is the perfect class to take time out for you, to prepare your mind and body for your confident and positive birth, however you choose to birth your baby. This class is suitable for pregnant people only from 14 weeks of pregnancy, right through to your baby’s birthing day

    Sam offers friendly, approachable community classes for people of all abilities. Everyone is welcome, especially those who are new to yoga or who think it is not for them.

    Her classes are fun, relaxed and inclusive and based on a hatha/ flow style. She will help you work towards a calm mind, a stronger, more flexible body and above all, a greater sense of wellbeing.

    You don’t need to have done any yoga before - she will support you into moves that feel right for you.

    Somatic yoga can be a valuable practice for people of all ages and fitness levels, particularly those seeking a more gentle and therapeutic approach to yoga. It can help individuals alleviate chronic pain, manage stress, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being through its focus on mindful movement and sensory awareness

  • PILATES

    Pilates helps to increase both your strength and stamina without adding unwanted bulk because it focuses on developing your "core" postural muscles - muscles found in your abdominal and pelvic regions as well as in your back. Pilates exercises also target legs, glutes and arms making it an overall exercise program suitable for strengthening the entire body.

    Pilates focuses on developing a stronger core while building strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance and good posture.

    When Pilates strengthens your core, those muscles that control balance and coordination are also strengthened, helping to prevent falls and injuries. Increased flexibility also allows muscles to lengthen and be more pliable so they can bend and stretch further to alleviate the possibility of injury.

  • PILATES & HYPOPRESSIVES

    Hypopressives are exercises which help to decrease pressure in the abdominal, thoracic and pelvic cavity. They're very beneficial to strengthen abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. They're very helpful for women after childbirth or menopausal women, organ prolapses, incontinence etc.

  • TAI CHI

    As we get older, we begin to slowly lose our balance. We need not accept this.

    The ‘balance of tai chi’ 6-week course can alter your balance pathway, with Qigong exercises to harmonise your mind and body, with easy flowing movements which will give you a foundation your core will enjoy.

    We also learn a challenging but nourishing tai chi exercise called ‘4-walls’, which once learnt can be used as a meditative workout just using a small area. Will give you energy, strength, balance and tranquillity.

    There is always time for a little philosophy and a final meditation to ease you through the rest of your day.

  • PAEDIATRIC FIRST AID

    The 2-hour Baby & Child First Aid class covers CPR, Choking, Bumps, Burns, Breaks, Bleeding, Febrile Seizures and Meningitis Awareness and will give everyone who attends the peace of mind they deserve. Mini First Aid have partnered with the Meningitis Research Foundation to ensure that all who attend our classes receive the most up to date information on meningitis awareness. We have not only received awards for the quality of the classes but consistently those who attend review Mini First Aid as a 5 star first aid class.

  • FIRST AID AT WORK

    The Mini First Aid Emergency First Aid t Work course is ideal for lower risk, smaller settings.

    It covers emergency first aid for adults and children over the age of 1 year as 6 hours of in person or blended training.

    A resource guide is included in the course. Successful candidates will gain a certificate valid for 3 years.

    Claudine is a body image, mindset and blue health coach, empowering women and girls through one-to-one and group coaching, workshops and events. She hosts Mothers and Daughters Confidence Circles which are for girls and their mums (or aunts/ grandmas or family friends) to connect, have purposeful conversation and increase their confidence
